I have been working as a Business Coach and Consultant in the SAP Project Business for more than 30 years.
I am coaching managers and project teams with regard to the development and execution of their SAP Strategy.

Getting to know me
My competence
After more than 30 years in the SAP Project Business, I swapped my job as a Service Delivery Director at SAP Germany SE & Co. KG for a freelance practice as a Business Coach and Consultant.
In all of my Business Roles so far, I put always the wishes of the clients in the foreground.
Before my freelance practice, I was jointly responsible for ramp up the SAP Nearshore Practice in EMEA with more than 800 consultants.
my motivation
After my job at SAP it is still my wish to support SAP customers in their projects.
In doing so, I am focusing on the humans without neglecting the well-established methods of an
agile approach.
I quite often experienced, how motivating project work can be. So I am always pleased to see, my clients finishing their projects with success and passion.

In my Project Coachings I first get a general idea of the mandate, the approach, the team and the actual status.
After that I develop a plan to search for appropriate solutions for your challenges.

Individual Coaching
Encouraging your strengths and capabilities will help you in many aspects to achieve your professional aims.
For example in case you lead a challenging project, but also in case you look for a new professional orientation or if you have actual conflicts which handicap you in your present professional life.
Team Coaching
Team Coaching sessions involve all the team members at the same time.
The primary goal is to strengthen the collaboration and communication among the team members.
This is an effective approach especially in escorting of SAP projects.
Project Sparring
Sparring sessions will be used whenever the client wants to get advice from an external expert and wants to benefit from my large professional experience in the SAP environment.
For example if the client needs to take a decision but the analysis of the potential options of action does not show a clear recommendation for one of the options.

As a Coach, I work appreciatively and solution-focused.
A balanced share of working time and leisure is as important to me as fostering my hobbies golf, trekking and cinema movies.
